Tawqia Alhulul Real Estate is a Saudi company based in Riyadh, working in brokerage and marketing, property management, and real estate financing support. The name says what we do: we get you to the point where you put your signature down, sure of what you are signing.
How we started
The company began in 2016 from a simple observation: most disputes in this market are not about price, they are about missing information. The seller doesn't know what the property is really worth, the buyer doesn't know the limit of their financing, and the owner doesn't know what the asset actually returns after costs.
So we built the company around three things: real transaction data instead of estimates, registered procedure instead of verbal agreements, and written reports that reach the owner on schedule. That is what the signature means to us: a decision written down and understood, not a promise made out loud.
