Our services
Three services, one method
We don't sell these as separate products. Most clients arrive with a single question: what is my property worth? do I rent it or sell it? will the financing cover me? The rest becomes clear from the answer.
Brokerage & marketing
Selling and leasing property on the owner's behalf, from pricing through to title transfer.
Who it's for
An owner who wants a fair price in a reasonable time, and a buyer who wants a considered shortlist instead of wandering between listings.
Includes
- A written pricing report before listing
- Professional property photography
- Serious buyers filtered before viewings
- Periodic reporting on interest and offers

How it runs
Inspection and pricing
A site visit, a review of the title deed and the property's legal status, then a price grounded in comparable transactions in the district over the recent period.
Preparing the listing
Professional photography, a unit plan, and an accurate description that states the property's strengths and its drawbacks. An honest listing saves everyone rounds of pointless viewings.
Marketing and viewings
Exposure to the right buyer segment through our channels and the listing platforms, with viewings organised and serious buyers filtered first.
Negotiation and transfer
Managing the negotiation to agreement, then following the title transfer and ownership registration through to completion.
Property management
Operating and managing your asset on your behalf: registered contracts, scheduled collection, clear reporting.
Who it's for
An owner with leased units who doesn't want to be the one chasing tenants and contractors, and an investor holding assets across several locations who needs one party running all of it.
Includes
- Contracts registered on the Ejar platform
- Rent collection and arrears follow-up
- Maintenance coordinated with approved contractors
- Periodic income and occupancy reporting

How it runs
Asset inventory and status
A count of the units, their condition, the standing contracts and any arrears, plus an opening report on the asset exactly as it is today.
Leasing and registration
Marketing the vacant units, screening tenants, and registering contracts on the Ejar platform so both sides are protected.
Collection and follow-up
Rent collected on schedule, arrears pursued through a clear escalating process, and tenant requests handled.
Maintenance and reporting
Routine and emergency maintenance coordinated with approved contractors, and a periodic report on income, expenses and occupancy.
Real estate financing
We help you understand your financing options, shortlist the licensed entity that fits, and follow the application to approval.
Who it's for
A first-time buyer who doesn't know where to start, or a buyer who wants to compare offers from more than one entity before committing.
Includes
- Purchasing power assessed before the search
- A written comparison of repayment options
- Licensed financing entities shortlisted
- Documents followed through to approval

How it runs
Reading the financial position
A review of income and existing obligations to establish realistic purchasing power, before the property search and not after it.
Explaining the options
What the down payment, the term and the financing type each do to the final cost, in figures drawn from your own case.
Shortlisting licensed entities
The licensed financing entities best suited to your case, with the differences between their offers explained and no pre-set preference.
Following the application
Documents and application stages tracked with the entity you choose, through to approval.
Questions we get often
The commission is set in writing in the service agreement before any work begins, and varies by service and property type. We don't start until it is clear and signed by both sides.
Riyadh is our main market. We take requests from other cities and refer them to trusted partners where we have them, and we tell you plainly when we do.
It depends on location, price and condition. We give you an estimate based on how long comparable units in the same district actually took to lease, not an optimistic number.
Yes. The notice period and the process for handing back documents and contracts are set out in the agreement from the start.
